Sony publicizes Deep Earth Collection of colours for the PlayStation five console
Sony has introduced a new set of colours for its PlayStation 5 console. Called the Deep Earth Collection, this new set allegedly draw inspiration from the "lovely and effective colors observed inside the depths of planet Earth".
There are 3 shades that are part of this collection: Volcanic Red, Cobalt Blue, and Sterling Silver.
The Volcanic Red is a richer, brighter coloration of crimson than the formerly announced Cosmic Red set, which had a magenta hue to it. The new color also has a metal finish to it, giving it a glossier sheen.
The Cobalt Blue is also a deeper coloration of blue than what we noticed with the formerly introduced Starlight Blue, and has pointers of crimson in it. Like the pink, Cobalt Blue has a steel finish to it.
And sooner or later, the Sterling Silver is just a trustworthy bright silver with the equal steel finish as the other two shades.
Like with the preceding set of color alternatives, the Deep Earth Collection will simplest be to be had as elective covers and controllers for present owners, which means that you can't purchase a brand new PS5 console in these colorations.
The non-obligatory covers are priced at $60 each and the DualSense controllers are priced at $75. Pre-orders begin October four, with the Volcanic Red and Cobalt Blue available beginning November three, 2023 and the Sterling Silver available on January 26, 2024.
